How do I check my selected print size will match the photo?

Click the "Cart" link a the top of the page and for each image click the "Crop Image" button which will preview the photo with the selected print size.  Please make sure your selected print size is correct for the image you selected, some images are cropped in different formats to best suit each photo e.g. square or rectangular 5x4 rather than straight out of camera rectangular 3x2.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use a professional printing laboratory based in Melbourne.  You order is checked, then transferred electronically direct to the laboratory, where it is printed, packaged and sent direct to you.  The whole process from order submission to receiving your prints usually takes about seven days.  Digital images are available for download immediately after payment has been completed.

Will my prints have a water mark on them?

No, the watermarks for Burton Photography only appear on the web site and for the low resolution social media digital downloads.

How do I access my digital purchases?

After completing payment you will be re-directed to a web page where you can download your purchase.  If you didn't download the picture after payment, log into the site with your email address and password and click on your user id in the top right hand corner of the page.  You will then be directed to a page with your details and at the bottom of the page will be your orders.  Click the view button for the order you want to download then download your order.
